booked ticket with red bus, mumbai to goa, payment done ticket not done. I initiated a refund immediately as I had urgent booking requirement. ticket was booked in the *nd try. *st attempt was a technical issue at red bus end, not a fault of mine.
on cancellation of the same ticket, only two options for refund prompted, *. at red bus wallet, *. source account. I obviously chose the *nd option, source account, still refund was credited to wallet , from where I can't transfer the amount to my bank account.
this is unfair, my original source was my card, ticket was not done, red bus problem, I was not at fault. why should I block my amount for red bus technical issues.
need the refund back to my card immediately.
please help.
