I met with two failed transactions on **/**/**** for which no refund has been recieved till date. On enquiry IRCTC,they are stating that the refund has been made on **/**/****.But the amount has noot been refund yet. Now they are requesting bank statement which i have mailed to them and they are asking ** to ** hrs for processing my request. This is happening for no fault of mine.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
