I had made a booking for my girlfriend from Delhi to Bangalore on ** of Nov ****So when she reached the airport & had been to air india
counter then your Air india airport staff told her tht we dnt have a seat in the flight , and its a travel agency ticket but the problem was from your end & it was a problem of your airline company ,it was a issue from your end not from the passenger side nor from the travel agency .
So kindly please initiate the refund as per the passenger has not travelled because of your seat not availability due to over booking , & its (Total **
days ) but till now the refund has not been proccesed or intiated .
I am filing a legal action court case against your company for not provinding the refund nor generating the RA number
