i have TRIED to book train ticket thru GOIBIBO site. After taking the payment of Rs.****/- the site diverted to IRCTC and requested to put IRCTC Login ID and password. When I put the site became closed. Neither I got ticket nor I got refund. When I contacted IRCTC they said, ticket not issued. Money is with GOIBIBO itself. My Booking ID with GOIBIBO is TRNDG*NC*EXON*.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
