Dear Sir,
Hope you are in good health,
I have booked one ticket from Muscat to Delhi via Ahmedabad in the month pf April **** but due to Pandemic we couldn't travel to India, after that DGCA India and Honorable Supreme Court of India released one decision regarding refund, I have requested to concern department regarding my refund but as of now I'm not get any satisfactory email from their end nor refund only and only assurance in each and every email and even after full one year today i had a word with their executive and he assured me that within nest ** working days your amount will credited in your mentioned accounts, however, I don't think so that they will do the same.
So request you please look into this matter and help me to get my refund.
