This is in regard of ticket no. ************* , passenger name Raghunandan Sharma.I made my ticket from ixigo app. Due to source and destination error i have cancelled my ticket under dgca policy. As i talked to one of your executive team member he informed me that I'll get full refund but i got only *** rs. In my ixigo wallet and when i asked them for the same they informed me that airlines have not refunded my money and they are asking for proof or mail for the same. One of your executive provided me my case id. No.******** that they have refunded **** rs.For this i called airline many times but phone disconnected in the middle of the conversation. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.Mail me proof that you have refunded the amount.
