Gulzar Ahmed filed complaint against Air india on Aug 20, 2021
I had to change the dates of my flight so as advised by Air India they helped me to book tickets for the new date and cancel the original ticket saying I will receive a refund within ** days. It has been * months and several follow up with Air India no response to emails and on the phone they say the refund is in process.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
