I booked air ticket on June * **** through Travolook.in for travel from Delhi to Mumbai for June *, **** Flight UK *** Vistara Airline Travolook Booking Ref No REF*********
Money was debited form my credit card Rs ****.
Then I get a call that my booking was cancelled due to fare increase I should pay Rs *** more to get the ticket. I told the to cancel my ticket and refund my money.
I got email that my money will be refunded in **-** days.
It is more than ** days and no refund has been received. I find on the internet that Travolook has cheated hundreds of innocent people in this manner.
I request you to take strict action against Travolook abd get me my refund of Rs ****.
