Byju ias - Refund

I applied for course from byjus "IAS". because of my health issues, i told them that I'm not in a mind state of doing this course and refund my registrations charges, "as per the policy of byju's i have cancelled the course within ** days and i called them and asked them to cancel my course after ** days of my registration but they are repeatedly forcing me to do course and also for paying EMI i.e ******/-even though i dont want to do .
I told them to collect study material from me and refund my registration charges that is *****/-.still your representatives are forcing me .
I hereby request to you refund my charges and collect the study material which is with me .
