I had bought an target ias course of * years duration from byjus on **/**/**** of worth *****.i received this course on **/**/****,but I don't like it or not understand a single thing from this,so as I have ** days refund policy with this course I apply for it by sending email to cancellations@byjus.com on **/**/**** regarding this issue and on */**/**** I received an mail from them stated that your request for refund has been registered with us.
But it now I had not received my refund instead of this they had deducted an EMI from my bank or from **/**/**** to **/**/**** I had try to contact with their cancelation team several times but my issue is not solved, evertime they say that we will call you in ** hours and your issue will be solved within * days. But till now (**/**/****) this has not been solved.
So please try to solve this issue as soon as possible, I want my money back immediately.
