I purchased Byju's IAS course on **-Apr-**** which they said was a *-year course but it was given validity till Dec-****. I purchased the course in EMI for ** months. Even the course content is not good & I'm facing a severe financial issue in paying the EMI. I explained to Byju's executive that I need cancellation of the course; he assured me that he'll cancel the course. But I started receiving warning threats from byju's financial department to pay the remaining EMI even in spite of request for cancellation. I'm still forced to pay the EMI, on the threat of bouncing off my bank account. Please resolve my issue, and help me to cancel the course
