dear sir, in continuation to attached email, its submitted that i had Air India flight booking in AI *** PNR- JBWYE DOJ **.*.** from Vishakapatanm to Mumbai schedule dept at **** hrs on **.*.**. the above travel is revised and confirmed to Air India *** schedule dept at **** hrs on **.*.** .in view of above, its submitted that on **.*.** due to official engagement and meeting , I will not be able to board schedule flight at **** hrs on ** april ****. kindly arrange to refund the booking amount incurred ie Rs ****/- without delay so that i can make alternate arrangement. regards
