I have booked one ticket,payment from bank was confirmed but then i got call from travo look and they asked to make payment again. I didn't get any payment fail message or email still they asked to make payment again. I declined and asked them to cancle my ticket and to do refund. They didn't responded well and i still got no refund!!
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
