My self Rashid Ahmed from makeeasytravel.online pvt.ltd. jodhpur Rajasthan branch.i booked * ticket for date of * April delhi to Tokyo with connected Colombo by Sri Lanka airlines. On that day that flight auto cancelled by srilanka airlines. And * tickets refund amounts already due by airlines after cancellation. I made total * tickets.i made that tickets by travel boutique so many time i called about refund so they told them they not get from airlines.long time waiting .my clients from Japan he is not happy with me every day he asking about refund . please tell me what should i do.
My client told me they have to go japan so clear there amount others they make a complaint.that total amount approximately *.** inr lakh.
I talk srilanka airlines executive also they also not respond to me and also i don't get any right answer from both side.if my client make complaint so its hard for me.please help me about that. I am to worries. covid already Brocked us and now this kind of problem . please help me to refund my amount.
