I booked a room in supreme heritage hotel located in kalyani nagar from yatra.com.
I did the full amount in advance on yatra.
At the time of check-in the reception did not accept the booking and said that we do not take bookings from yatra as the hotel and yatra is not more connected.
So I request you to refund me my money as soon as possible.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
