I've returned the purchased item a few months ago didn't get the refund. They said my refund was initiated and gave me a ref no but I didn't get the money back. And I don't think I'll ever get the refund back. Don't buy from this shitty app.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
