I tried to book a flight ticket on Air India Website on November **st, the money (**,***.**) got deducted from my account but the ticket was not issued. The tickets were getting booked fastly so I tried to book the ticket again on November **nd, the money (**,***.**) got deducted and the ticket was issued. The booking that I made on November **nd is good and no issues with that.
I'm asking about the refund for the transaction that I made on November **st. Please help me on this, It's been more than one and half month and I'm really in need of the money.
I contacted the Air India customer care over the phone several times but they're not helping me and they're saying me to email to ecommerce@airindia.in to get the refund back. I went to the Air India office in Chicago as well, they're not helping me.
