I ordered through swiggy first order through debit card which was not confirmed hence not finalized.
I was in urgent need of same order so I again ordered clicking pay cash on delivery which was accepted & I paid cash.
But my bill says paid through card & my bank confirmed the payment. I have paid twice. I want refund now.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
