for travel on **may** bengaluru san francisco bengaluru. total fare paid Rs *,**,***/- CLIENTS WERE MRS CHANDRA PRASAD & MR SAIPRASAD ML . USA BROUGHT A PROCLAMATION AND BANNED ALL FLIGHTS EFF **MAY** TO AVOID COVID SPREADING . WE HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO REFUND THE TICKETS. AIR INDIA IS NOW CHARGING PENALTY OF Rs *****/- PER TKT . THIS IS ABSURD AS ALL OTHER AIRLINES ARE REFUNDING WITHOUT PENALTY. MY CLIENTS ARE SENIOR CITIZENS AND THEY NEED HELP.
