Hello, My name is Aman sharma i booked my ticket from Mumbai to Bangalore on *nd December **** from travolook.com, on the same day the ticket will be cancelled by travolook itself, and they will send me the cancellation mail.
i contacted him (travolook customer support) they told me that we will refund your amount on **-** working days.
but when i called after ** working days the amount would not be transferred, they again told me, due to some technical issue we will not transfer your amount, but next ** working days we will definitely transfer your amount.
Now **th jan **** the amount will not be transferred yet. and not a single mail was received from your side, this is not the way to communicate to the customer.
