Indigo flight - Refund was denied

I cancelled my flight prior * hours as per the terms and conditions. But they changed my cancellation status to confirmed status on the itinerary by themselves. Now when I contacted customer service, they offered me a voucher for their own flight im place of refund. Such a pathetic service. Never choose Indigo.
