Indigo flight - MONEY MISSING FROM CHECKING BAG

YESTERDAY **.*.**** MY PARENTS AND RELATIVES WHERE TRAVELLING TO DEHRADUN TO ATTEND A SATSANG FUNCTION AND PERFORM HINDU RITUALS.
IT WAS TO THERE SHOCK AFTER OPENING THERE BAG, THEY LEARNED THAT MONEY THEY WHERE CARRYING HAS BEEN STOLEN BY INDIGO HANDLING TEAM.

From above given PNR the amount theft is *****/- and *****/- cash respectively,.

The flight from Kolkata to Dehradun with Two different crafts either of the one loading compartment persons had the leverage to steal the amount in the best tempered way which can be seen and these complains I know have been up with **** of passenger everyday and I get to see a reply with indigo offering ***/- voucher **** voucher . Whereas I am Highly not interested in any of such compensation, I need the full CCTV VIDEO FROM BAG CHECKING TO BAG INTERCHANGING AT THE GROUND TO THE CRAFT WITH NO EXCUSE OF NO CAMERA AND ALL .
We pay so hefty amount to travel in an airline and then such kind of lapses from providing security to our luggage is highly no appreciated, the trust against the INDIGO AIRLINES HAVE LOST.
So I would request you to get along with CCTV footage from web check-in time till craft shifting and others video and catch hold of people doing this and help me in getting back the hard earned money back.
All passengers are senior citizens and this kind of horrible activity have disturbed them mentally also as they never expected such from INDIGO.

And if any ground level senior department person can connect along at my number it will be highly appreciated so that the whole story can be narrated.
