Arya filed complaint against Indigo flight on Jun 17, 2020
I booked a flight ticket from Indigo. After * - * days, I got a message from them saying that flight is cancelled without proper reason. I requested them to refund my amount.
They have deducted RS.*** from me saying as convenience charge. They themselves cancelled the flight and caused me inconvenience. Now I don't have a flight ticket also lost *** rupee for nothing.
This *** rupee might sound less or nothing but I'm a student I bought This ticket from my savings. I'm requesting you to take some action against this.
