Travolook - Refund uninitiated

The flight from Mumbai to Delhi was booked on **th Feb and was later canceled by them due to a fare hike. They informed me that the refund will be deposited within **-** days and yet they failed to do so. Later on the *th of March, I raised a ticket with them, asking them to look into the matter, to which they asked me to wait for *-** days again. It has been over a month now, I still haven't received my refund and I have been calling them for the same to which they reply that I'll have to wait for *-** days more or certain holidays are not counted in the waiting period. I had another word with their supervisor today who told me to wait for *-** days more and then call them again to enquire about this. They have simply taken no action regarding the seriousness of this issue and are merely misleading customers into repeatedly waiting for *-** days and ultimately not providing them the refund.
