Dear concerned authority,
I have been trying to track my refund for more than a year now; but Air India is not resolving my issue.
It is claimed by Air India that a refund has been made but the following payment as detailed has not been received into my account.

It’s not received in my HSBC account till date;
This Kindly needs to be checked and verified.
Despite multiple reminders air India is yet to clarify the refund; as it has not been received till date.
