Krishna filed complaint against VLE Baazar Pvt Ltd on Aug 7, 2025
I placed an order on VLE Bazaar on March **, ****, for a Braun Face Mini Hair Remover FS**** Electric, paying ₹*,*** via UPI.

Shipping Address: Ballia, Uttar Pradesh
After placing the order, the status showed "Processing" for several weeks. Later, on May *, ****, the order was cancelled by the seller, and they claimed the refund had been issued.
However, instead of refunding the amount to my original payment method (UPI), they added ₹*,*** to the internal VLE Bazaar wallet. This wallet balance is not usable for withdrawal or external transfer, and I do not wish to place a new order anymore.
Despite multiple follow-ups via email and support, no proper resolution has been given. They are not refunding the amount back to my bank account.
⚠️ Loss Incurred:
I have suffered a financial loss of ₹*,***, along with mental stress and wasted time in trying to retrieve my rightful refund.
✅ Relief Sought:
I request immediate refund of ₹*,*** to my original payment method (UPI or bank account) and not in the internal wallet. Strict action should also be taken against such practices of forcibly refunding to wallet without user consent
