I ordered # ******* Beetel G** but I received HOLA brand and Faulty item received trying to return but nobody answers and i raised many complaints but simply reply with standard message that it was informed to concerned department it will take ** to ** hours to get back. I am trying to connect with them since August *st ****, many complaints I raised and **** times I called but no response.
When I called to customer care they take the details and keep silent ** mins they dont speak anything. If raise a complaint simply reply with a message that it will inform to concerned team.
Neither phone nor email or no reponse call or message. It clearly say that it is fake.
I am struggling from past ** days.
