On **/**/**** I placed a ln order, (order id *******) no shipping till ** days. I complained so many times that please cancel my order as I have already paid the amount. They said cancelled forst week. Then again after complaining they updated status to refund under process. I have written so many emails calls but no response. It's been a month now they looted my money harassed me mentally as a consumer and now they are irresponsive. So many tickets raised. Now after all that I filed complaint to National Consumer Helpline but ** days and my complaint is under process.. It feels so disgusting that where should I go because there is no resolution
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
