Yatra.com - Refund status of flight cancellation

I recently booked a ticket from yatra.com and cancelled the flight and was eligible for a partial refund from their end, which I received an email from the airline stating the amount to be credited after cancellation, however I tried my best to talk to executive, make a complaint in the app asking the refund status, but it's been hours I haven't received any informed regarding my refund query, very poor service, it's not even covid hassle situation that their service can get hamper due to high cancellation etc that they can't reply to a complaint, very ineffective service, I don't when I will be even received a mail from their end
