Yatra.com - Refund status not provided

I have booked flight ticket via YATRA and had to cancel it since the timing slot was wrongly selected. I cancelled the ticket by contacting Indigo who provided me cancellation with full refund. They told me to contact yatra.com for details of the refund. I tried to contact them and sent at least * emails narrating my issue!! But no one reply was received. I then proceeded to book the correct ticket. Now, I really don’t know about the refund status of my cancelled ticket since the website shows that no refund is initiated against the cancellation. This is purely against the promise made by the airline that refund will be initiated and provided to Yatra.com who will in turn pass it on to me. My booking reference number for the already cancelled ticket is *************. I am very disappointed and with the irresponsible reactions of Yatra.com.
