Hope you are doing good!!!
This is to bring to your notice that I was a resident of the Zolostays property - Zolo Feliz (Pune). As the property was closing down; where in I have served the notice and exited the property on **st August **** and cleared all my outstanding dues. As per the refund policy the security deposit should be refunded in * working days, but today is **th day and I haven't received it yet.
For this I have raised an issue with the to the customer support team, but unfortunately I haven't received correct response from their end. I am attaching the screenshot for your ready reference. I have raised the ticket as well : Ticket ID ******. For this I had a loss of Rs. *lac.
Request you team to kindly look into the matter.
