The stays have a notice period of ** days prior to exit. Everything is app driver. I had initiated the exit on *th of October and exited the property on **nd October and was liable to pay ****+GST as per agreement. The app’s misconduct on the process, did not record the exit date where as per my knowledge has been processed. Later after weeks I get to know from the property manager that my exit has not been initiated on the app. Till then the exit charges had spiked upto ****. I then raised multiple tickets to the customer care and waited for a resolution which kept adding to the number of days and ultimately I had to pay **** post giving up on the pathetic customer service. They just respond with a system generated comment and nothing is addressed as a grievance.
In all this process the property manager was well aware of my exit and very well knew I will be vacating on **nd and he did tell this to Zolo as well where they disregarded his knowledge as well. They keep a deposit of * month’s rent which is **** in my case. Post vacating after a week I again had to raise a ticket for the deposit refund which they have now initiated with a deduction of ****+Gst-**** and *** as electricity. They have again charged **** as exit charges. And as a part of notice I was already paid ****. They claim the **** to be the ** days rent. There is no clarity of money charged by them and its all app driven. No logical explanation is given on any ticket raised to them. The property/service they provide is not even worth */*th of the amount they take.
Now im asking them to waive off the additional **** as that has already been paid as a part of exit initiation, they’re denying it. I would want my deposit refunded with the **** excess included. There are many other miscellaneous/hidden charges they have but this was is causing major loss.
