The mobile application through which all the transactions were made represented that My security deposit would be refunded within * days. It's been nearly one month now and I still haven't received my money. I spoke to customer care, raised tickets but got empty promises in return. This is fraud and cheating on their part and I am aggrieved. I have made several other commitments based on their representation that my security deposit would be refunded. But because it was not refunded, i have suffered severe financial losses as well as mental
agony. I need compensation for this.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
