Hi,
I was searching flat from nobroker app, so i took Freedom Plan from nobroker of ****.** Rs. Then I like one flat and contacted, so relationship manager of owner gautam kumar called me and setup the visit, then I meet Rohit(Field Manager of Pune) he showed us flat and I also meet owner, then on *nd day(*th May) i finalized the flat, then Gautam kumar said that i need to pay token for flat, i said I'll talk with owner and will pay him. He said i can directly pay it from nobroker's link and that token will directly transfer to owners bank account and it will one of the same thing, bcoz sometimes owner is not available...I said ok bcoz this amount will transfer to owner. But on *rd day(*th May) Owner called me and asked that did u final the flat, i said yes and given token also, he said till now i didn't receive it in my account, i was worried, then he said its ok i will talk with them, but as owner didn't got my token so I cancelled the flat, i informed to owner and he said i was ok with it if u want to cancel the flat, but i can't give token return bcoz i didn't received it from nobroker, i got shocked...Then he told me * scenario like, nobroker is going to take half of the rent if owner got tenant from nobroker...this thing is between nobroker and owner and gautam haven't inform me about this, I tried calling gautam kumar but the no. is incorrect bcoz its nobroker connected number, he msg me on nobroker app that, I will talk with concern team and let u know...its been half of the month and i am just calling nobrker support and they use to connect many people on call executive etc etc, but they didn't connect me with gautam, then i raised ticket but no response also i didn't get any clarification. Then * of the person gave me email id (ownerpostpaidsupport@nobroker.in), he said mail on it u will get your money back. I mailed, then i got reply as...If tenant blackout then we can't refund money. While taking token gautam haven't mentioned any policy not even this refund thing. I given token for flat of owner, Not to Nobroker team. Its already a month.
The correct way was to transfer money to owner as he mentioned and should inform owner about the token,its been a month now, i didn't get any call from Nobroker. I am desperately in need of money.
I have reached here for help and get my refund back hope you will help me.
