Hello Travolook Team,
Kindly share the update status for Ticket confirmation no. REF********* which is now auto canceled and does not refund the amount to my account till date.
I'm very much frustrated with your services and decided to file in a consumer court against Mr. Irfan Khan & Indrajit Khatna ( employee of your company).
Both have only committed me to return the amount but now it's more than ** days past and no such refund happens.
I sue cases on your company too such as fraud activity doing and customers' money not returning on time.
Kindly provide me a solution within ** hours otherwise finally I go and visit the consumer forum.
No one bothered about how much the customer suffers here just only committed me to failure.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
