made a booking for Mumbai to Visakhapatnam flight dated *nd July and the PNR is H**F*.
The flight was cancelled for unknown reasons and eventually Ticket with same PNR was schedule for *th July.
However I could see that my PNR is shown cancelled in your portal. Screenshot attached.
Request airindia and Makemy trip to kindly refund my money on priority. asked them to share information ,no information is forthcoming from airlines or makemy Trip
I was trying to reach your customer but failed to reach them on all occasions. Hope airindia understand the pain of the customer….
