Dear Sir
We are using your app since long time but now we are planning for permanently delete Goibibo app.
As per goibibo policy which screenshot attached there is clearly mentioned that if we will cancel till **.**.**** then ***% amount refund then we was cancelled as on **.**.****.
We have cancel the ticket and talked to customer care executive they were replied your ticket is nonrefundable.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
