Lalit Mishra filed complaint against Goibiobo on Jul 27, 2020
I have booked * passenger ticked on indigo flight from Siridi to Bhubaneswar to travel on **th April **** through Goibibo site. But due to covid flight got cancelled Now Indigo Airline confirmed that my request for refund is processed and i should be able to collect from goibibo. However goibibo does not have any option on website claim the refund amount or even customer care is not responsive. I have also sent a mail to "travel@goibibo.com" but received the response that this is "non-responsive email address and please write to us ONLINE **X* EXPRESS CARE".
There is no live support available on their digital platform to discuss the issue.
After multiple try to contact goibibo support team but no luck and got frustrated.
Need your support to refund my money
