Goibiobo - Fraud under the name of Cancellation Charges

I have booked a flight on the Smartbuy website through Goibibo partner but due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel my flight and as per refund amount mentioned on airline website Goibibo says that airline has charged more for cancellation which is false .I have shared all the proofs with this letter and also I have cancelled my flight around mid july and its been and still goibibo was not refunding my money and delaying it and now yesterday they dropped an email that I will be receiving * amount .While I booked from airline website the same flight and cancelled the same and airline refunded me the same day and here after taking a month it says no refund . I followed for months for my refund but still Goibibo is denying the refund and have charged extra for the same . This is pure case of fraud and cheating Goibibo is doing here . Request you to take this case and get my refund of **** rs. + Compensation for all the harassment. My Booking Id is GOFLDMT*ABF*********** . worst service ever.
