Dear Goibibo Customer Support Team,
My name is Rajkamal, and I made a hotel booking through your platform on **/**/**** (Sunday) at around *:** PM. The booking ID is GH**************.
Upon arrival at the hotel, I was denied check-in due to the hotel’s local ID policy. The hotel staff acknowledged the situation and agreed that I am eligible for a refund.
I have already uploaded the required evidence and raised a support request through the Goibibo app. However, my ticket (Ticket Number: *****************) was closed without any response or resolution.
I kindly request you to review my case again and process my refund at the earliest. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding the status of my refund.
