G Square Housing - Refund Request G Square

Have booked a plot in Thulir Project, Coimbatore. Loan process did not go through and Gsquare said refund will come in ** days but even after several follow ups now it's almost *** days Gsquare is not refunding my money and pushing it further giving No proper response from the team. Where to go ahead to process it legally.
