I booked my plot in Fortune city Kappalur,Madurai Back in July **** and completed my full by Aug ****. Due to the inconsistencies in the registration process and the lack of reliability of the property, I decided to cancell the purchase. My cancellation was approved in OCT **** by their finance department. They even emailed me of the confirmation of my cancellation. thats it from then on untill now othing about refund all i hear is this month next month and goes on. Now its May **** and comming close to one year and hard earned money invested for almost a year. I havent received the refund so far. I desperately want my money back. I am paying hefty interest for the past ** months.
