G Square Housing - G square not refunding the cancelled plot advance amount

Dear Sir/madam, I have booked plot on G square Fortune city Kapplaur,Madurai. Plot No.**. I have paid totally Rs. * lakhs for Plot no.** booking.
I have paid the advance booking on July -**th *Lakhs rupees and subsequently paid on July -**th -* Lakhs rupees.
I have been following up regarding my refund amount of Rs. *,**,***, which is yet to be credited to my account. Despite multiple follow-ups, including visiting your office in person, making several phone calls, and sending reminders, I have not received any clear response or update on the status of my payment from them.
I request you to take a legal action on them and get my amount refund.
