I am writing with regards to a transaction refund for an AIR India flight from Delhi to Toronto.

I tried to process the payment and book the ticket however it showed me an error. Didn’t get any ticket email or any confirmation for flight booking. Upon checking, I noticed that even though it wasn’t booked, the amt was deducted from my card.
I talked to a customer service rep who instructed me a screenshot of the payment and the transaction. Still haven’t heard back from them even though they instructed me that people whom I am mailing at ecommerce@airindia.in would reply immediately n process my refund.
I am just here for personal emergency and need to go back to Toronto. However now my money is stuck and I cannot book a return ticket now till this is processed back. Tried to contact bank n they raised a case but the investigation will take *-* weeks which I cannot afford. No one seems to help and I need assistance. Please help.
