Refund request for cancellation Swiggy Order # ***************
Hi Team,
I am writing to raise a concern regarding my recent order. I placed a Chicken Harris * order from Arabian Restaurant, which was initially accepted. After waiting for ** minutes, I received a call from the restaurant informing me that the item was unavailable and requesting that I cancel the order. Following their instructions, I went ahead and cancelled it.
However, when I asked for a refund of ₹***, your support team informed me that no refund would be issued. I find this unfair, as the cancellation was initiated by the restaurant due to their inability to fulfill the order. Charging me the full amount under these circumstances is unreasonable.
I kindly request that you process the refund of ₹*** at the earliest.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I'll lodge a complaint in consumer court if refund is not recieved.
