I took a NRI plan in no broker to buy the flat in janadhar subha *. I selected NRI plan it costs *k. And i got a relationship manager named Rakesh P. Hello was forced me to pay the advance to the buyer without verification of any legal documents & I was interested to go through the legal first, but again he forced me to take the total registration package & khata transfer, total it costs **k & I paid. Before verification of the legal document I met an accident with some civere injuries. So I was requested to stop the process before the sale agreement & I didn't signed any terms & conditions also. So I was requested for the refund. But there is no response from my relationship manager. And I have communicated through emails. Still no response
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
