Complaint against M/s. Travolook. regarding my refund awaited for INR **** since last ** days against their cancellation REF********* dt ** Jan '** . Sir, In reference to above , it may be informed that I had searched on website on dated **/**/**** for my flight booking from Bengalure – Pune - Bengaluru dt **/**/**** . Rs. ****/- were paid by me on Travel Look agency website thro' SBI Net banking. However, same was cancelled by Travel Look with reason of fare expiration by Indigo vide travolook REF*********. In this regard, it may be informed that refund for same is still awaited even one month. I have already sent ** reminders to Travel Look at their customer support email mentioned below. Each time they have acknowledged that refund will be processed for payment within *-** days. view of above, you are kindly requested to intervene and resolve the issue regarding my refund of Rs, ****/- only.
