I had ordered oppo enco m** headphone from flipkart...and got a damaged product on ** th July...which I immediately applied for return and the courier boy picked it on **th July
Till now there is no resolution from flipkart and they had cancelled the return twice
Now I had not got any refund or replacement and the damaged product is with courier company and my return is also cancelled and there is no option for return in flipkart app now
he is the wishmaster who took it and is still having it...he said to me * days back +************

From ** days I had complained many times but
I had never got a call from flipkart regarding this matter...everytime I was calling after the deadline given by customer executive...and they were just extending the deadline
Now they r saying it can't be done because I don't have any acknowledgement slip from wish master of my pickup.
After ** days they r saying me this...why I was not Said anything about this during my return period of product...I could have asked the wish master or said before to flipkart that wish master is denying to give acknowledgement
But I was never informed anything from flipkart's side.
It's very sad to experience this after being such loyal customer for long time.
