Club Factory - Refund Replacement Issues

Order no SOSO*********
I ordered an JBL liv ***BT neckband headset

There product I recieved was inside a bubble packing, but the packet of headset was already torn
The product has name JBL on that but it was a fake one with no quality of the material as well as no sound quality at all

I returned it

Clubfactory rejected the refund request saying the item is not passing quality issues
How can a fake product pass quality tests??
Also the product already recieved in a torn package but packed inside a well packed bubble packing

Now they are not refunding.... And not providing a replacement and even they are returning the same product

Kindly help resolve the issue
