Nidhin James filed complaint against Travolook on May 31, 2021
I booked a flight Ticket from Kochi to Delhi on *th May ****. Rs. **** was debited towards the same from my account. I received an email stating that the booking is under process, and if the booking does not get confirmed in half an hour, I should contact their customers care. As I contacted them, I was informed that the booking could not be confirmed as they received the money late. The refund will be done within ** to ** working days. Now they say that I should wait for another ** days. They are not providing any transaction details saying that it was an auto refund and therefore there is no transaction id. Now they are not responding to the emails also. The reference id for the booking is (Reference number REF*********).
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
